This video shows how to pick up an object (credit card) by sliding it to the edge of the table, in order to place the card between the pad of the thumb and the medial aspect of the index finger. Here, the lateral key grip is generated by gravity-assisted wrist extension, as well as a smaller degree of active wrist extension and supination. |
