Sharing of templates, documents and policies. View the assessment and discharge forms other members use in their clinical settings. You will be able to view things such as templates for discharge summaries, goal planning meetings, team meetings, gait assessments etc. In addition, you will find policies written by different organisations on anything to do with SCIPT management. To become a member you must register via this website (click here). At the time of registering, you must be able to verify that you are a physiotherapist working in SCI or a related area.

There is no cost associated with becoming a member. This network is a not-for-profit initiative.
